First of all Uber is just launching in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. However Uber has just not confirmed the date, as it is tie up the things. General Manager for “Uber Pakistan”, Safee Shah, while speaking on his strategies declared that his company has major plans for 2017. Uber’s chief in Pakistan confirmed that the company is geared up to increase the maximum number of tier-1 and tier-2 cities earlier the year end. He said that the Pakistani market is super approachable and the response that ‘Uber’ received in this market is beyond their scheming and expectations. “Our largest challenge is to meet the demand”, he said.

“So such as there are countries with 10 million inhabitants, that’s like one city in here,” clarified Safee while telling the potential that exists as well as the challenges of expanding operations in Pakistan. They declared that it has by this time established an excellent fleet on behalf of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. However, some cars will only increase with the passage of time.

They expected to offer a launch promotion at this point too. However, this is not confirmed yet.
