The Pakistan Nation celebrated The Quaid e Azam Day On 25th of December 2016 in their country. It is the 140th birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah with national enthusiasm and fervour as they did for the last 70 years. But on the contrary, the 1.3 million Pakistanis in UAE had other priorities even though they are carrying Green Passport and not let any chance to portray them as true patriotic.

Quaid e Azam; the Father of Nation who made efforts to get independent country ‘Pakistan’. Whose hard work and endless efforts eventually gives the Nation of Pakistan a independent country. He was born on 25th of December, and all nation celebrate his birth within or out of the country. He was the Great Leader, the founder of Pakistan gave a motto to his nation as “Unity, Faith, Discipline.”

Out of 1.3 million expatriates in UAE, only a handful gathered at the Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi to celebrate Quaid e Azam Day. Their original program was there to celebrate Christmas, but later they cut a cake to remember the Father of Nation Quaid e Azam.

The community which divided and proudly associated with many political parties from back home. Always came together to celebrate birthdays of their Bibi, Baba and Bacha leaders; but no one even exchanges the so-called instant online messages to remember the Quaid’s birthday.

The community association in Dubai consistently notify itself to represent as the only legal platform of expatriates in the country. But the community association was also failed to organize even a single event to do so because of ‘holiday’ season. But turned every string to circulate a ‘digital poster’ on various mode of social media to fulfill their ‘national duty’.

Maybe the Nation who divided into many political, ethical and religious factions have created their own ‘QUAIDs’.
